I am passionate about new technology and finance. To bring these two worlds together, I have developed a thorough knowledge of the strategic and operational challenges of FinTech companies, with which I collaborate as a genuine partner.
Available and responsive, I support my clients with establishing the regulatory structure of their activity or the obtainment of any required licenses. My aim is to establish long-term relationships with my clients, to be by their sides at the crucial stage of fundraising or when opportunities for external growth, or even the sale of their company, present themselves.
With specific expertise in structuring investment funds, I also work with capital investment fund management companies, providing them with comprehensive support, whether this is part of their equity investment operations or fund of funds negotiation.
I offer my clients assistance based on mutual trust at every structural stage of their project. I endeavour to use clear language and propose pragmatic solutions. I provide a clear and detailed fee budget, in the form of a fixed fee, whenever possible.
I have a DJCE (postgraduate degree in corporate legal advice) from the University of Poitiers, as well as a corporate law qualification from the University of Montpellier. I have been registered with the Paris Bar since 20th January 2010 and I work in French, English, and German.
